HR Recruitment - Executive Search

The goal of our advising services is to assist our clients in filling positions in the upper and top tiers of management. To do so, we use within the HR Recruitment process the executive search method, which ensures that each assignment is completed according to the client's specific requirements.

This procedure ensures that each order is completed according to the specific needs of the respective client and in addition to the active candidates (current on job search) also the passive candidates (up-to-date not on job search) will be reached.

Our process includes the following steps:
 

Initial informatory discussion
Information about the company, its strategic goals, the competition as well as the position to be filled, is discussed with the client. On the basis of this discussion, the job and candidate profiles are defined.

Written Confirmation and Specifications
Summary of our understanding of the company, position, tasks involved, and candidate profile; outline of the search process with respect to industries, target companies, and time frame; agreement including our fees.

Systematic Research
Research on companies and company structures, according to the method established; discussions with industry insiders and consultants; initial phone contact with selected candidates.

Communication
We report regularly to our clients about the progress of the project and any experiences and insights gleaned throughout the project.

Interviews and Confidential Reports
Face-to-face interviews with appropriate candidates interested in the position; evaluation of candidate qualifications, performance, motivation, mobility and personality. Preparation of specific, targeted confidential reports on the most appropriate candidates

Introductions and References
Introducing the candidates to the client, followed by evaluations of the meetings. Following up references for the final group of candidates selected.

Contractual Negotiations and Follow-Up
Assistance with negotiations and structuring the offer of employment. After the candidate's commencement date, regular contact with both the client and the candidate to assist in the integration process.
